The Paper Database
When you export a PDF, your entire clinical session is minified and encoded into a high-density QR code. This code is printed directly onto the report.
Zero-Cloud Recovery
To update or review a session, simply scan the QR code from a printed or digital report. AptlyScale reconstructs the state locally without ever needing a server.

End-to-End Local Processing
AptlyScale is a single-page application (SPA). Once loaded, all goal logic and T-score math is executed in your browser's RAM. No clinical data is transmitted to our servers or stored in our logs.
Data Portability (LZ-Encoding)
The "Session Key" QR code uses LZ-String compression. It transforms complex JSON data into a URI-safe format, allowing for high-density storage on a physical page without requiring a cloud link.
HIPAA-Friendly Architecture
Because AptlyScale never "persists" PHI in a database, there is no centralized point of failure. The responsibility of data security remains with the clinician and their existing secure file systems.
No Tracking, No Cookies
We do not use third-party analytics, marketing trackers, or cookies. We believe clinical tools should be free of the "ad-tech" ecosystem entirely.
